Refund Policy
DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION
We ship our products worldwide, and your estimated delivery date depends on the country to which the order will be delivered, as well as the delivery option you choose. Items in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days specified on the website.
If your delivery is delayed and you no longer wish to proceed with the purchase due to this, it is your responsibility to cancel by contacting our customer service. A cancellation is not valid until you have received confirmation from us that we have approved the cancellation. If your order has already been processed, you must accept the delivery when it is made. However, this does not limit your right to return the product after you have received it.
If a product is no longer available for sale or is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and issue a refund. We will inform you if a similar product is available.
If the order is delivered to a pickup point and you fail to collect the package on time, or if you refuse to accept or otherwise fail to receive the delivery at your delivery address, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover any additional costs.
If you have chosen a delivery method that involves leaving your order outside your front door if you are not at home at the time of delivery, we are not responsible for the order after the delivery company has left it outside your front door.
If the product you ordered is damaged during transport, you must inform our customer service as soon as possible.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
You have the right to cancel your purchase or parts of your purchase and receive a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. You do this by returning the product(s) you do not wish to keep to us. You also have the right to exchange within 30 days if you want to exchange for another product.
If the product and/or packaging are not in a condition that can reasonably be expected or have been damaged as a result of handling that cannot be justified by a customary examination of the item, we reserve the right to charge you for any decrease in value that has occurred.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been made according to your specific wishes or that otherwise have a clear personal characteristic (for example, personalized prints created through our "Personalization" feature).
Lost gift cards are not replaced.
To process an exchange or return, you need to inform us by providing the requested information via our contact form.
ERRORS IN YOUR ORDER
If there are errors related to the products you have received, please inform us as soon as possible. According to the Consumer Sales Act (1990: 932), you have the right to complain about errors related to a product within three (3) years from the date of purchase. However, you must inform us of the error within a reasonable time from when you discovered the error. If we also consider the product to be defective, we will repair it or replace it with a new product. If it is a major defect (i.e., a defect that is not minor), we will refund an amount equivalent to the value of the product to you.
WARRANTY AND CLAIMS
We offer a one (1) year warranty on all products sold through our website. The warranty covers manufacturing defects.
Please note that the warranty does not cover faults and damages caused by:
- External circumstances (lost product, theft, fire, water, or other liquids);
- Incorrect or otherwise inadequate use, e.g., if you drop the product and the fall causes dents or other damage. This does not apply if we have provided a separate warranty regarding such protection for a specific product;
- Aesthetic changes due to normal wear and tear and aging (minor scratches, wear of leather, or flaking paint);
- Unauthorized repair or modification of the product that has not been performed by us.
The warranty applies only if you have followed the care advice and instructions specified in the product's usage and care guide. Please note that the warranty we offer does not in any way limit or replace your statutory warranty rights.
As soon as we receive your warranty case, we will handle it and get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions and information. Please note that you must initiate the warranty case as soon as possible after discovering the fault or damage for us to assist you. If the warranty case is approved, we will repair or replace the product. If the product cannot be repaired or is no longer in stock, you have the right to receive a similar product of equal value or a refund of the product's value.
If no damage or fault, as defined in the warranty, is discovered, we will not approve the warranty case. If sufficient material to handle the warranty case has not been provided by you, for example, via email, and we request you to return the product to us for our examination, we will, in the event that no damage or fault is found, ask you to pay a fee for shipping and handling costs. All attempts at fraud will be reported to relevant authorities. If we suspect attempted fraud, we reserve the right not to handle your warranty case.
